  REFUSED TO PUT IN WHAT WE ORDERED SAID (THAT WAS DISCONTINUED) NEVER KEPT APPOINTMENT. COULD NOT GET HER ON THE PHONE WAS OUT WILL BE BACK LATER. NEVER OPENED STORE AT REGULAR HOURS. TOLD MY WIFE SHE WILL DO THE WORK WHEN SHE GETS AROUND TO IT. DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO BE POLITE TO CUSTOMERS. SAID SHE SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENT AND WE WERE NOT HOME. WE ARE RETIRED AND NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE MY DAUGHTER DOES THE SHOPPING. WE WERE HOME SHE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED TO LET US KNOW SHE WOULD NOT BE THERE AS SCHEDULED. DIDN'T HEAR FROM HER FOR 2 DAYS. WE HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT WHERE SHE WAS!!! DO NOT HAVE HER TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU. MY NEIGHBOR HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH CINDI'S FLOORS N MORE.
